Jacqueline is a consumer experience strategist and web conversion specialist with 6+ years of experience and 1,500+ website strategies under her belt, contributing to over $1 billion in client revenue. She holds degrees in Marketing, Psychology, and International Business – a combination that shapes everything about how she thinks. She approaches consumer experience not as a technical exercise but as a deeply human one. Jacqueline leads the agency's vision and makes sure every engagement is held to the FollowThru standard.

Stephanie is a social media strategist, content creator, and media producer with a background in broadcast engineering at Fox Sports and over 20 high-level commercials and travel productions to her name. Named one of the Top 15 Marketing Experts in Miami in 2024, she brings a filmmaker's eye and a strategist's mind to every piece of content FollowThru creates. Her degree in Film and Television paired with a minor in Special Education with a nonprofit specialization gives her a rare combination of storytelling craft and genuine audience empathy.

Cam is the operator behind the agency. He brings deep experience scaling startups, not just chasing growth, but delivering real results for the people on the other side of it. He believes that great creative work only means something if it actually gets delivered, and that experience after the sale matters just as much as the sale itself. At FollowThru, he owns the systems and ensures accountability, productivity, and execution on every commitment.
